Special Art Sale at the Mohawk Community Art Faire

The Graeagle Thanksgiving Art Fair will feature an unusual vendor this year. The Mohawk Valley Stewardship Council (MVSC), the stewards of the White Sulfur Springs Ranch, will be offering some very special artwork. During the restoration of the old ranch house, the MVSC received many gifts of furniture, antiques, heirlooms, and artwork. The work of art which could not be inserted into the decor of the old house is offered for sale in order to support the ongoing restoration.

There are over 20 items for sale. These include watercolors, prints and etchings. Prices range from $40 to $350 and sizes range from 8×10 to 30×40. All are mounted, framed and ready to hang.

The Mohawk Community Art Faire is a Graeagle holiday tradition. It will take place the two days following Thanksgiving, the 26and and 27and of November, at the Graeagle Fire Station. This is an event to support the Mohawk Community Resource Center which is in desperate need of funds to continue providing services. For more information on the Fair, call 530-293-7172.
